What do you give a woman who is committed to fitness, health, and, general well-being?
A woman who knows her way around a gym. A woman who knows her own body, mind, and, heart. A woman who is not afraid of a challenge, a change, or, an adventure.
The only answer to that question is clearly, you give her Gerry Blais.

I gave myself Gerry Blais for my 45th birthday; the perfect gift.
Gerry Blais is, quite simply put, the finest personal trainer available. A formidable presence with his outstanding physique, Gerry is in contrast a true gentleman. His attention to detail from crafting the ideal workout, to ensuring the exact specifications of each movement, results in a perfect session each and every time. From his comical antics, his unorthodox style, and his pure pleasure for inflicting pain, his undying commitment to me was unquestionable. My time spent in the company of, and under the direction of, Gerry was exceptional, and, unforgettable. Totally focused on me and my workouts at all times, even when I wasn’t with him, made the results worth every penny. Gerry understood what was going on with my body from diet and exercise, and also, what was going on in my mind and heart. Gerry became a very important part of my every day life from my first session with him. His knowledge of the body and how it reacts to what you do to it, and, what you give to it was eagerly shared with me.
My personal results were captured in a decent reduction in body fat, very noticeable muscle growth and definition, tighter and more defined abs. Gerry was just as excited about my physical changes as I was as we discussed and implemented new ideas together. A great role model, Gerry follows his own advice and it shows. Very disciplined in everything he does, he brought out the very best in me.
A note about the emotional side of training with Gerry Blais. My son was serving, as a United States Marine, in Iraq for most of my duration with Gerry. A former Marine himself, Gerry totally understood the mixed emotions I was experiencing. From my overwhelming pride to my never-ending fear, Gerry understood and worked through the emotions with me. Rejoicing with me when I heard from my son, and, consoling me when I didn’t. Promising me that my son could not have been in better company than that of his fellow Marines. Knowing when to ask, knowing when not to ask, Gerry was able to strike the perfect balance for me. When my son returned home safely from Iraq on a Saturday morning, Gerry was the first phone call I made.
No one helped me more during that very trying time in my life and I will be forever indebted to Gerry for doing so.
